Shimen 1st Road Tower is a 186m / 610ft office in Jing’An, central Shanghai, at the intersection of three subway lines, and close to the historical Zhang Garden and the Nanjing West Road.
It is a district known for its high-end office and retail development, and this high-rise building will form a unique, immediately recognisable landmark on the Shanghai skyline.
The tower creates a harmonious transition between the old and the new by engaging with the Zhang Garden and the open spaces at street level.
