The Camellia development is a major mixed-use development located in the centre of Kunming’s CBD. Flanked by the Ginko Department Store and Beijing Road, a bustling commercial street in the city, the scheme capitalises on new levels of investment to the city’s economy by creating a centralised shopping experience with a commercial tower comprised of over 1.5million square foot of office space, alongside a residential tower offering quality apartments, all brought together by an integrated public realm.

A network of modular steel frames link together floorplates of various scale and proportion to support the diverse set of functions it accommodates.
