Stephen Light

Stephen Light joined the practice in 1992 and initially worked on the Channel 4 Headquarters project. His technical expertise, particularly on cladding and construction systems and off-site manufacture, was extensive and he provided key advice to the practice. He led the mainframe package on Lloyd’s Register of Shipping; monitoring and compliance on One Hyde Park and the cladding package on The Leadenhall Building.

Stephen took many projects from scheme design through to completion on site and he was design champion on the Merano and Riverlight residential schemes in London. He also advised the architectural teams through the construction of Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport and Aile Est, Geneva Airport, as well as overseeing the construction of the residential scheme One Park Taipei in Taiwan.
