Andrew Morris joined Richard Rogers Partnership (RRP) in 1982, after working as a consultant to the practice on Lloyd’s of London. He was co-director on many key projects, including Paddington Waterside Grand Union Building, Millennium Dome, Ashford Retail Designer Outlet, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, 88 Wood Street, One Hyde Park and Chelsea Barracks, and was involved in the coordination of multidisciplinary design teams on Europier at Heathrow Airport, on Channel 4 Headquarters, and the Royal Docks. He led teams in a range of regeneration projects, including Woolston Shipyard in Southampton and major urban redevelopment schemes in Chelmsford, Croydon, Wembley, Cambridge, and Bracknell.
As Senior Partner he was responsible for the design management and contract administration of The Leadenhall Building in the City of London and led the design management process on both The Macallan Distillery, a whisky distillery and visitor centre in the Scottish Highlands, and the LSE Centre Building in Holborn. As the Senior Commercial Partner, he was also responsible for negotiating and agreeing appointments, overseeing design management and contract administration, as well as being chair of the management board.
