HEDQF appoints Tracy Meller as a Trustee

Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners (RSHP) is delighted to announce that the Higher Education Design Quality Forum (HEDQF), at its most recent meeting of Trustees, appointed Senior Partner, Tracy Meller to its   Board of Trustees

Tracy is a founding member of HEDQF, an organisation that exists to promote high-quality design in university campuses, buildings and facilities, in the knowledge that the quality of the estate enhances the student experience of teaching and learning.

As a chartered architect she has been a member of the RIBA awards group for the last 6 years, and has judged the Architects’ Journal Women in Architecture award twice. In 2020, Tracy was made an Honorary Professor of Architecture at the University of Nottingham.

Tracy was the partner responsible for the design development and delivery of the award-winning LSE Centre Building, for which she was awarded the inaugural MJ Long Award for Excellence in Practice in 2020. The building has also been recognized by winning a RIBA National and London Award, Civic Trust Award, and Best Public Building at the BREEAM awards with a rating of Outstanding (88.9%). Tracy was also a project lead on Mossbourne Community Academy, which won a RIBA, Civic Trust and a Hackney Design award in 2006.
