Lewisham 'Pop-Up' Scheme Wins Planning

RSHP’s design for a ‘pop-up’ mixed-use development on the site of the former Ladywell Leisure Centre building in Lewisham has received planning permission.
The four-storey building will include 24 two-bedroom apartments with commercial spaces on the ground floor. The building will occupy the site until it is developed as part of a larger master plan, at which point the scheme can be demounted and redeployed to another site in the borough.
