RSHP - Environmental, Social and Governance Report

RSHP is fully committed to carrying out honest, ethical and fair business practices across all activities. We pledged to transparency of information and reporting. Publishing this Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report shows our commitment to transparency how we conduct our business – and our approach to assure a better future for following generations.

This report consists of our policies, our carbon-footprint calculations, our environmental commitments for the Net Zero reduction path, and our dedication to Social Responsibility. All calculations are developed following industry-approved tools and guidance.

The purpose of this report is to outline our environmental, social, and governance policies and our responsibilities for improvement, explaining how we are engaging with our environmental and social impacts, and what our improvement plans, and dedication are.

RSHP pledged to produce this report annually to include appropriate disclosure of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance data, to report on benchmarking and to research and show progress against our commitments. Graham Stirk, Senior Partner.

RSHP - Projects in the Americas

RSHP has been working in the Americas since the early 1980s and has delivered significant projects across North, Central and South America.

The practice is best known for its work on 3 World Trade Center, which, at 1079 feet tall, stands proud on the Manhattan skyline and at the heart of New York City’s Financial District. With its soaring lobby – that provides direct in-building access to the Oculus and its 12 subway lines – 3WTC plays a key role in the revitalization of World Trade Center site. Also in NYC, and completing in the spring of 2023, is 33 Park Row, a boutique prime residential development on the edge of City Hall Park.

Other recent projects in North America include the International Spy Museum (2019) in Washington D.C., a whiskey distillery and visitor center for Horse Soldier Bourbon in Somerset, Kentucky, The HUB at 30 Bay Street, an office tower in Toronto, Canada, and the BBVA Mexico Tower in Mexico City. Other work in South America includes Atrio Tower in Bogotá, Colombia.

RSHP France - Selected Projects

RSHP travaille en France depuis les années 1970 sur de grands projets de haute qualité, parmi lesquels le Centre Pompidou (1977), la Cour européenne des droits de l’Homme (1995), le terminal 1 de l’aéroport Lyon-Saint Exupéry (2018) et le Centre de Conservation du Louvre à Liévin (2019).

L’ensemble de nos projets en France continue de croître et nous collaborons désormais avec des équipes locales sur d’audacieux et passionnants projets. A Paris par exemple, le plan directeur Maine-Montparnasse transformera radicalement ce quartier de la Rive Gauche en augmentant sa perméabilité et en créant de nouvelles routes piétonnes et cyclables. 1 500 nouveaux arbres et 10 000 m² d’espaces verts seront livrés ainsi que des espaces résidentiels et commerciaux, avec une stratégie bas carbone pour l’ensemble de la zone.
